Did 'Wash Post' Publisher Kill Amputee Story

It seems that Katharine Weymouth said she didn't want this kind of "depressing" story in Sunday mag and lo and behold it got killed.  But Howie Kurtz says it may not have been quite cause-and-effect, or inadvertent.
