Palin Gives First Detailed Newspaper Interview -- To Hometown Paper

FrontiersmanThe Frontiersman in Wasilla submitted 14 questions and she (or someone who does good job of sounding  like her) responded via email. Some of the questions were in areas where the national press has not yet had a chance to tread -- such as the Wasilla "rape kits" controversy.   H/t to Michael Petrelis, the man who recently sent two books to the Wasilla library to see if it would put them on the shelves (Palin is even asked about that). And video below: Palin explains to Katie Couric at a campaign event that people should favor her "fresh" face and ideas over Joe Biden -- perhaps forgetting the same McCain/Obama contrast.
